Shipping

Artworks are carefully packaged by myself or the art couriers so they get to you in tip top conditions. All fully tracked and insured. Standard delivery times are as follows:

– UK: up to 7 working days. Sent via Special Delivery for artworks up to 11”/28cm, or sent via a specialist art courier for anything larger.
– Europe: up to 2 weeks. Sent via a specialist art courier.
– Rest of the world: up to 3 weeks. Sent via a specialist art courier.
Please be aware delays may occur at Customs. This is unfortunately out of my control.

International & EU shipping

Buyers based outside the UK (including the EU) may incur delays and additional customs fees or import tax on arrival.  Unfortunately these delays and charges are out of my control and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such fees.

Collection

You are very welcome to collect your artwork from my studio in Plymouth, Devon. For online purchases, please select ‘local pickup’ at checkout and I will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for you to collect.

UK Returns

I want you to be happy with your new artwork, so if it isn’t what you expected, I will accept returns within 14 days. A full refund will be granted on condition the artwork is returned in its original condition, and posted via the same service used to send it. Refunds will be for the original sales price of the artwork minus original shipping cost.

Return delivery costs will be at the customer’s expense. Please contact me at hello@annabelleozanne.com within 14 days if you wish to go ahead with a return.

Internation Returns

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any artwork sent outside of the UK.
